Strawberry Rosé

INGREDIENTS

  • HIJINX ice cream mix
  • 1 ½ cups half & half
  • ½ cup rosé
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl add strawberries, sugar and vanilla. Set sit for at least 15 minutes or until juices are released.

2. Warm the half & half and rosé in pan over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil).

3. While liquids are still warm, blend with HIJINX ice cream mix. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined. Option to pulse ½ of the strawberries.

4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

5. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

6. After 30 minutes, stir in the strawberries.

7. Freeze for 3 - 6 hours. Enjoy!
