Peanut Butter Whiskey & Chocolate


  • HIJINX ice cream mix
  • 1 ½ cups half & half or water*
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • Optional: 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
Note: For a lighter version use water. For a creamier version use half & half. 


    1. Blend one packet of HIJINX ice cream powder with 1.5 cups of hot water (or half & half), cocoa powder, and whiskey (+ peanut butter, if desired), for 3-4 minutes.

    2. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter

    3. Stir or blend in the bourbon

    4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid

    5. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!
