Mint Chocolate Chip


  • HIJINX ice cream mix
  • 1 ½ cups half & half or water*
  • 10-15 mint leaves
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
Note: For a lighter version use water. For a creamier version use half  & half.


    1. Warm the half & half over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil).

    2. Using a blender, combine 1 packet of HIJINX ice cream mix with the half & half. Make sure HIJINX is fully dissolved.

    3. Stir in the mint leaves and chocolate chips into the mixture. 

    4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

    5. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

    6. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!


    1. Add ½ cup of mint leaves to the milk and heat to simmer. Cover and remove from heat in 30 minutes. 

    2. Reheat the milk, and let it sit until preferred level of mint. 

    3. Strain leaves and mix milk with HIJINX as instructed. 

    4. Add chocolate chips after 30 minute wait period.
