Masala Chai


  • HIJINX ice cream mix 
  • 1 cup masala tea
  • ½ cup half and half or water*
Note: For a lighter version use water. For a creamier version use half  & half.


1. Warm the masala tea and half and half over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil), or brew freshly hot tea.

2. Using a blender, combine one packet of HIJINX ice cream powder with with the chai and half and half mixture. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

3. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

5. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!


Use masala tea concentrate for a much stronger, robust flavour.
