Ketchup Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet Hijinx ice cream mix
  • 1.5 cups water (or half & half)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
Optional: additional 1 tablespoon of ketchup for swirls.
Note: For a lighter version use water. For a creamier version use half & half. 

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Blend one packet of HIJINX ice cream powder with 1.5 cups of hot water (or half & half), and ketchup for 3-4 minutes. Make sure HIJINX is fully dissolved.

    2. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter

    3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid

    4. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!
