Chili Oil Chocolate Caramel


  • HIJINX ice cream mix 
  • 1 ½ cups half & half or water*
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 cup chocolate covered caramel candies, chopped
Note: For a lighter version use water. For a creamier version use half & half.


    1. Warm the half & half and half the chocolate covered caramel candies over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil). Make sure the chocolate is melted.

    2. Using a blender, combine one packet of HIJINX ice cream powder with the above mixture. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

    3. Gently stir in the chili oil and the rest of the chocolate covered caramel candies into the mixture.

    3. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

    4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

    5. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!
