Cereal

INGREDIENTS

  • HIJINX ice cream mix 
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup cereal + ½ cup to mix in (optional)

EASY VERSION

1. Pour the milk and cream into a bowl. Add in ¾ cup cereal and let it sit for 20 minutes. Strain the cereal.

2. Warm the milk over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil).

3. Using a blender, combine one packet of HIJINX ice cream powder with cereal milk. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

5. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!

OPTIONAL

Mix in an additional ½ cup of cereal for added crunch.
