Translate your favorite morning beverage into ice cream that will give you a buzz!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

A new, fun way to give yourself heart palpitations! Caramel macchiato? Done. Hazelnut Latte? Check. And it’s not just coffee! Recreate a pink drink, matcha latte, chai, or earl grey. You can even take suggestions from your comments section!


SAMPLE RECIPES

1. Brown Sugar and Oat Milk Expresso

Does your favorite Starbucks drink order make a tasty ice cream flavor too? Let's find out!

INGREDIENTS
  • HIJINX ice cream mix
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1-2 shots espresso (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Warm the oat milk, brown sugar and espresso over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil). Make sure the brown sugar is fully dissolved.

2. Using a blender, combine 1 packet of HIJINX ice cream mix with the milk mixture. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

5. Freeze for 3 - 6 hours. Enjoy!

2. Chai Latte

INGREDIENTS
  • HIJINX ice cream mix
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup chai tea, brewed/concentrate
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Warm the cream and chai tea and honey over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil). Make sure the honey is fully dissolved.

2. Using a blender, combine 1 packet of HIJINX ice cream mix with the above mixture. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

5. Freeze for 3 - 6 hours. Enjoy!

3. Any Starbucks Order

  • HIJINX ice cream mix
  • 1 ½ cups Starbucks drink of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Cold Drink

1. Remove all ice. Warm the drink on stove over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil). Make sure the brown sugar is fully dissolved.

2. Using a blender, combine 1 packet of HIJINX ice cream mix with the drink. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

5. Freeze for 3 - 6 hours. Enjoy!
