A group activity

Difficulty Gauge Icon 1143713 Difficulty level: Easy

Compete with friends to see who can take the most licks!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Make chili-flavored ice cream with varying levels of spiciness. Then see how many licks you and your group can handle before its too hot to handle.

Spoiler: it’s going to get pretty hot, pretty quickly. The cold ice cream balances out the IBS burn, right?

3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.
