Happy anniversary! As a fun twist, why don’t you surprise your partner with ice cream that tastes just like your wedding cake? Or, surprise your parents or other loved ones with a cake-flavor for their anniversary.

SAMPLE RECIPES

Classic Wedding Cake

Commemorate your anniversary in an ice cream flavor, just for you! This recipe is a jumping off point to recreate your wedding cake and remember your special day.

INGREDIENTS

• HIJINX ice cream mix
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• ½ cup white cake mix
• ½ cup frosting
• ½ cup white sprinkles
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup vanilla cake (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Warm the milk and vanilla over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil).

2. Using a blender, combine 1 packet of HIJINX ice cream mix with milk and cake mix. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

5. After 30 minutes, gently stir in sprinkles, spoonfuls of the frosting and pieces of cake (optional). For better incorporation, stir in sprinkles and frosting 1-2 hours into freezing.

5. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!
