Challenge accepted: Eat a full course meal made out of ice cream throughout the day! Yup, the whole household. Enjoy your bacon & eggs ice cream breakfast!



Maple Bacon Ice cream

Bacon goes with everything (and if you ask us, so does ice cream). This maple bacon ice cream will please literally anyone and everyone.

  • HIJINX ice cream mix
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

1. Warm the milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt over medium heat or microwave for 30 - 60 seconds (do not boil). Make sure the maple syrup and brown sugar is completely dissolved.

2. Using a blender, combine 1 packet of HIJINX ice cream mix with the milk mixture. Blend for one minute or until thoroughly combined.

3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with an airtight lid.

4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes on your counter.

5. After 30 minutes, gently stir in the bacon pieces. For better distribution, stir in 1-2 hours after freezing.

5. Freeze for 3-6 hours. Enjoy!
